1. General Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for services provided by Leaprom spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (Leaprom sp. z o.o.).

Leaprom provides business consulting, marketing advisory, digital strategy, and related professional services primarily to business clients (B2B).

Due to the nature of professional consulting services, refunds are handled in accordance with contractual agreements and applicable commercial laws.



2. Service-Based Nature

Leaprom delivers customised professional services including analysis, consulting, advisory, strategy development, and project-based support.

Once services have commenced or work has been performed, such services are considered partially or fully delivered.

Therefore:

  • consulting time,

  • research activities,

  • advisory work,

  • strategic preparation,

  • or delivered digital materials

are generally non-refundable once initiated

 

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • duplicate or incorrect payment made in error;

  • services not yet started at the time of cancellation;

  • inability of Leaprom to deliver agreed services due to internal reasons.

All refund requests are reviewed individually.



4. Client Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of services by submitting written notice via email.

Where cancellation occurs:

  • before service commencement – partial or full refund may be issued;

  • after service commencement – fees corresponding to completed work remain payable.

Administrative or transaction costs may be deducted where applicable.



5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • completed consulting or advisory services;

  • delivered reports, strategies, or digital outputs;

  • delays caused by client inactivity or missing information;

  • change of business decision after service delivery;

  • dissatisfaction not related to failure to provide agreed services

6. Payment Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where technically feasible.

Processing time may vary depending on banking or payment provider procedures.



7. Cryptocurrency Payments

Where payments are made using cryptocurrency or digital assets:

  • refunds, if approved, may be issued in EUR or equivalent value;

  • Leaprom is not responsible for market fluctuations occurring after payment;

  • blockchain transaction fees may apply.



8. Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact Leaprom directly to resolve disputes before initiating chargebacks or payment reversals.

Unjustified chargebacks may constitute breach of contractual obligations.



9. Policy Updates

Leaprom reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on the company website.
